Training Details:

Creativity represents the highest degree of emotional health—it is a person’s act of self-actualization (Murrant, Rykov, Amonite, & Loynd, 2000). Expressive interventions can be a key tool in examining and promoting emotional well-being in professionals, clients, and caregivers. This course educates participants on the value of expressive therapies as a self-care intervention and as a tool to help clients and caregivers recognize burnout.
