More About Your Facilitator:
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Connecticut, providing private practice services to clients facing behavioral concerns, anxiety, communication struggles, and seeking to improve their management of life stressors. My past experience as a parent educator fueled my passion for teaching, allowing me to share valuable insights and strategies with families.
In addition to my counseling work, I serve as a mental health consultant for various agencies and daycare settings. This role enables me to provide support and education while teaching essential skills that form the backbone of my expertise.
My facilitation style blends therapeutic practices with a wellness focus, creating environments where learning is natural, collaborative, and empowering. I design workshops that are inspiring, practical, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each team—whether the goal is to enhance communication, address burnout, or encourage personal growth.
I have had the privilege of leading impactful workshops for organizations such as Julia Day Nursery and Clinicians of Color, Therapy Express and more!

As the provider of mental health-related continuing education programs, I am dedicated to ensuring the confidentiality and security of participant information. All personally identifiable information collected, including registration details and assessment results, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and accessed only by authorized personnel involved in program administration. Participant data will be securely stored for electronic formats. Only necessary information will be gathered and regular training on data privacy and security will be provided to staff. In the event of a data breach, established procedures will be followed to assess impact, notify affected parties, and take corrective actions.
